Once an agreement has been made, we then provide a Head of Terms - this outlines exactly what both parties have agreed to and our solicitors will then work with yours to arrange a certain, smooth and simple transaction, with a completion date that suits you. We even pay your legal fees.

3 - Moving Time

As a family run company, we understand the importance and stress of moving home, so we leave to moving out timeline to you! We will work to you, your needs and your dates for completing paperwork and moving out.
